We take complaints seriously and strive to resolve them as quickly as possible. Below you will find our complaints procedure.

1. Filing a complaint

Please describe your complaint clearly and add relevant information.
2. Handling of the complaint
We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days. Within 4 weeks of receipt, you will receive a substantive response.
3. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can escalate it to management via info@unitaskbv.nl.
4. External complaints procedure
If the complaint cannot be resolved internally, you can turn to:
- The Disputes Committee
- The court
