1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following is understood by:

• Client: The natural person or legal entity that gives an assignment to UniTask B.V.
• UniTask B.V.: The private company with limited liability that offers the services.
• Services: All services offered by UniTask B.V., including staffing services and administrative support.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between UniTask B.V. and the client.

3. Quotations and offers

All quotations from UniTask B.V. are non-binding and valid for the period stated therein. A quotation expires if not accepted within that period.

4. Execution of the assignment

UniTask B.V. will execute the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability. UniTask B.V. has the right to engage third parties for the execution of the assignment.

5. Compensation

The compensation for the services is determined in the quotation or agreement. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

6. Liability

UniTask B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information from the client.

7. Confidentiality

The parties undertake to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information they receive from each other in the context of the assignment.

8. Dissolution

If one party fails to fulfill its obligations, the other party may dissolve the agreement.

9. Disputes

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
